A new gem in our showroom is the young, used Linssen Grand Sturdy 530 AC Wheelhouse. First-hand, privately used, in perfect condition and ready for a new owner who wants to explore Europe! The 530 Wheelhouse impresses with a large electric sliding roof and the luxuriously extended “longtop” over the full width of the aft deck. The wide gangways next to the steering saloon are also covered and, together with the elegant longtop supports on the port and starboard sides, create a real megayacht feeling.
When the teak doors are open, a large continuous lounge area is created from the helmsman’s saloon to the aft deck. On the aft deck are the integrated deck boxes including cushions and a large teak table. The bar with refrigerator and the Linssen Yachts glass set is located in the helm saloon. If more seating is required, the bench seat in the helmsman’s saloon can be easily extended by pulling out an integrated seating element. This creates an L-shaped bench seat.
Teak deck from Linssen
The aft deck, gangways and foredeck of the Grand Sturdy 530 are fitted with the original Linssen teak deck.
On the aft deck, on the starboard and port sides, there are also access doors to the steps leading down to the coated stainless steel bathing platform on the transom.
The steps are also covered with teak.
The bathing platform has a solid teak grating and is fitted with the Linssen plastic protective strip.
Comfort
The Linssen heating system is standard equipment on the 530 and ensures optimum comfort.
The temperature in each room can be regulated individually using a thermostat.
Noise insulation is of great importance for optimum sailing pleasure. Linssen Yachts has been paying particular attention to noise insulation for many years. The Linssen insulation system lives up to its name. The careful selection of materials ensures maximum absorption of noise and vibrations. The system is standard on all Linssen yachts. All windows in the saloon and steering saloon have double glazing and thermally insulated Thermic-Line window profiles.
Salon
Together with the galley and dinette, the spacious saloon forms a wide open space.
Naturally, the 530 is equipped with a radio/CD/DVD player – including loudspeakers in the saloon and wheelhouse.
It is operated via the Raymarine multifunctional device.
The TV set with connection to Glomex DVB-T and Raymarine SAT TV antenna is located on the starboard side.
The original multi-level concept combines the spacious saloon with the dinette and galley into a single large lounge area.
Galley and dinette
The galley is very generously proportioned.
The available space is used extremely efficiently.
The standard equipment includes a 281-liter refrigerator with 61-liter freezer compartment, an induction hob with 4 cooking zones, stainless steel microwave, oven and grill, Corian worktop, “Magic Corner” cabinet including basket set and stainless steel sink.
A dishwasher is also fitted as standard.
Cabins
Forward and aft cabins not only offer plenty of space, but also have a free-standing double bed with storage space and large closets.
In the aft cabin, a large panoramic window with tinted glass is set into the transom.
The mid-cabin has two single beds that can easily be pushed together to form a large double bed.
The washer-dryer is also fitted here as standard.
All cabins have dimmable LED lights and wall lights or reading lamps next to the beds.
Pleasant indirect step lighting has been incorporated into all the steps of the wide interior staircases.
The toilets and showers are extremely spacious and exquisitely furnished, including Grohe designer shower columns in both the forward and aft cabins.
Linssen style
The hull and superstructure of all Linssen yachts are made entirely of steel.
The 530 has many striking exterior details, including design elements such as all-round fenders and stainless steel tensioners, generous steps at the transom with outdoor shower, deck wash pump and shore power connection, longtop supports, windows in the stern and two-part portholes
